Seasonal Fuel Delivery Driver (Sign-on Bonus)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with the Dispatch team to safely deliver products to residential and commercial customers. The role provides an essential service to Irving Energy customers in a safety-focused environment. You will follow daily routes, load the fuel truck, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and procedures. Applicants should be prepared to start between July and November. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in the US and complete pre-employment criminal background, drug, and road checks.
Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Strong safety focus.
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver’s license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the US.
- Must complete pre-employment criminal background, drug, and road checks.

- Previous experience with liquid loads.
Responsibilities
- Drive a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures.
- Work with the Dispatch team to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
- Follow daily routes using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, and streets.
- Load the truck with required product while following safety policies and procedures at the loading site or bulk plant.
- Complete daily shift reports, pre- and post-trip inspections, and required paperwork.
