About The Position

As a Seasonal Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with the Dispatch team to deliver fuel safely to residential and commercial customers. The role provides an essential service to Irving Energy customers in a safety-focused environment. You will follow daily routes, load the fuel truck, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and comply with Department of Transportation regulations and procedures. This position offers local routes and on-the-job training. The schedule is rotational, with drivers home after each shift. The expected hourly pay range is $28.50–$31.50, with placement based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or Class B Driver’s License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial transportation experience.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Basic mathematical skills.
Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
Strong safety focus.

Experience with liquid loads.

Responsibilities

Drive a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures.
Work with the Dispatch team to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
Follow daily routes using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, and streets.
Load the truck with the required product while following safety policies and procedures at the loading site or bulk plant.
Complete daily shift reports, pre- and post-trip inspections, and required paperwork.
Provide courteous, professional service to customers during each delivery.
