Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Shoppes At Buckland Hills
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and operational support, requiring you to anticipate team needs, keep the space ready for customers, and help create positive experiences during the busy season. Flexible team players who can manage multiple tasks and work varied shifts are sought. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, returning selected merchandise to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely at the end of the interaction.
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
