Seasonal Experience Associate, Part Time

The role of Seasonal Experience Support at CAMP is a part-time position that involves welcoming and engaging with guests, playing with and demonstrating products, assisting with store processes and procedures, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work during the busy holiday season. Prior experience in retail or related fields is preferred but not required. Welcome guests with a custom greeting and positive attitude

Engage with families as they explore CAMP

Demonstrate and play with products

Perform store opening and closing checklist processes

Assist with back of house processes and procedures

Replenish products on the sales floor

Accurately process POS transactions and capture customer information

Provide floor coverage and exceed customer service standards

Adhere to policies and procedures for loss prevention, operational excellence, and customer engagement

Check in with leadership at the start and end of each shift

Follow CAMP gift wrapping guidelines

Partner with store leadership team and communicate recommendations or issues

Assist and upsell to customers using the C.A.M.P method

Clean and maintain canteen, party rooms, restrooms, and other areas

Work at least one weekend day per week, ideally both

Work during the busy holiday season

Work 10-15 hours per week, with potential for up to 20 hours based on availability

Prior work experience in retail, child care, child development/education, performing arts, or improv is preferred

Basic computer skills required

Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills

Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Additional responsibilities as needed

• Prior work experience in retail, child care, child development/education, performing arts, or improv (preferred but not required)

• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items weighing up to 50lbs

• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
