About The Position

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring part-time seasonal Event Staff in Denver. The role supports event-day preparation and operations at venues, including sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers. Staff help manage guest entry and movement, provide directions and customer service, and help maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas. The position offers flexible scheduling and is described as an opportunity for seasonal or supplemental income. The stated pay is $20.50 per hour for all events worked, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
May be required to pass a driver's record check.
Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Manage venue entry, including collecting or scanning tickets and verifying wristbands and badges.
Direct traffic entering and leaving the venue.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests in a friendly and personal manner and thank them at the end of each interaction.
Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
Help ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
