About The Position

Under the general direction of the Assistant Park Manager, the Park Attendant/Parking Enforcement uses a reservation and parking enforcement system to verify license plates, helps guests with reservations, performs minor maintenance or custodial duties, and provides information about park facilities. The position serves guests in the field and assists with park activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests in the field.
• Answer questions about the area and the park.
• Monitor activities and help guests understand area and park rules and regulations.
• Assist guests and camp hosts in ensuring camping units are collected and guests are in the correct site or location.
• Conduct parking enforcement by checking tags in day-use areas and notifying guests who need to pay for parking passes.
• Pick up trash and maintain the riding area when appropriate.
• Assist in other areas of the park as needed.
• Use the reservation and parking enforcement system to verify license plates and help guests with reservations.
