About The Position
The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides outstanding customer service and product knowledge while building and maintaining client relationships. The role supports sales across in-store and online channels and helps maintain compelling merchandise presentation. Advisors offer makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice. They create an engaging, welcoming experience on the sales floor and participate in merchandising and operational activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Nice To Haves
- Previous selling experience in cosmetics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while building and cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology proficiently.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
