About The Position

The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides outstanding service and product knowledge to build and maintain client relationships. The role supports sales to in-store and online customers, maintains compelling merchandise presentation, and contributes to merchandising and operational requirements. Advisors may provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice. They create a welcoming, friendly, and engaging experience while prioritizing customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous selling experience in cosmetics is preferred.

• Create an easy, seamless, and fun in-store experience while building and cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and using technology proficiently.
