About The Position

The Seasonal Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds productive working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The coordinator manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The role also supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans as needed. This is a seasonal, part-time position in San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
