Working in the Contact Service Center, based in Joe Dodge Lodge at the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center, the Seasonal Contact Service Center Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to fulfill the needs of AMC’s members, guests, and program participants who contact us through email, chat and phone. This seasonal CSC Coordinator will process incoming email cases, online reservations, phone calls and complete various administrative tasks. These communications will be undertaken with the strong customer service ethic that has defined the AMC for over 100 years. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as well as a comfort in learning new technology.
