About The Position
AKHIRE is currently recruiting for the position of Seasonal Construction Laborer / Landscaping. This role involves performing general labor and site cleanup duties, mowing grounds, assisting in demolition or tear-out work, and loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the job site. The position requires the safe and effective use of hand and power tools, working around heavy equipment, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience with general labor AND/OR construction, carpentry and maintenance is preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Background check and drug screening required
