About The Position
AKHIRE is currently recruiting for a Seasonal Construction Laborer / Landscaping position in Juneau, Alaska. This role involves performing general labor and site cleanup duties, mowing grounds, assisting in demolition or tear-out work, and loading/unloading/moving materials. The position requires the safe and effective use of hand and power tools, working around heavy equipment, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience with general labor AND/OR construction, carpentry and maintenance is preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Background check and drug screening required
