About The Position

This is a seasonal position for a Landscaping Crew Member/Laborer. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The company is looking for reliable individuals with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Requirements

No landscaping experience required — full training is provided.
Must be willing to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.
Valid Real ID
Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

Mow large lawn areas, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, or plant seasonal flowers.
Blow off walkways, clear any debris, and ensure the job site looks polished.
Reload tools, clean up the work area, and communicate any site notes or equipment issues to the crew leader.
Assist in unloading, cleaning up, and prepping for the next day upon returning to the office.
Check in with supervisor and team members at the start of the day.
Review the day’s assignments and load the truck with necessary tools and equipment.
