Crew Member / Landscaping
About The Position
Responsible for performing labor tasks as assigned by the Foreman / Crew Leader. Assist the driver with pre-trip inspection, safe truck loading, unloading, backing, and parking. Be ready and available to work, in uniform at the job site or the office as required. Agreeably implement tasks as assigned by the Foreman / Crew Leader. Ensure safe, legal, and proper loading, unloading, and driving of trucks. Maintain a positive work attitude throughout the workday. Complete all assigned tasks and daily work orders as directed. Cooperate with other crew members for safe and cost-effective completion of assignments. Ensure work meets or exceeds company standards and complies with company policies and procedures. Use tools and equipment as trained and per manufacturer instructions. Ask questions if unsure about tasks or how to use equipment/tools. Follow daily work orders.
