About The Position

This is a seasonal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active. The company is looking for reliable people to join their landscaping laborer team. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided on tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and spreading mulch. The role involves a variety of landscaping duties and requires a good attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements

No landscaping experience required — full training is provided.
Must be willing to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.
Valid Real ID
Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
Blowing off walkways, clearing any debris, and ensuring the job site looks polished.
Reloading tools, cleaning up the work area, and communicating site notes or equipment issues to the crew leader.
Assisting with unloading, cleaning up, and prepping for the next day upon return to the office.
