About The Position

At Nordstrom, this professional sales role focuses on providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and meeting sales goals. Employees bring fashion expertise, energy, and genuine care to customer interactions to create an experience that encourages customers to return. Follow-up practices include using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and the Personal Book customer-tracking tool. Hours vary according to business needs and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and event shifts. Occasional flexibility to support other departments may be required. The role has physical demands that include continuous movement during shifts, frequent bending and reaching, handling merchandise, and lifting.
