About The Position

The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized in-store and digital customer service, with a focus on lingerie fit, fashion, and styling. The role includes conducting bra fittings and giving size, fit, and style guidance; Nordstrom provides training on the fitting process. Salespeople build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep current on product and fashion knowledge through Nordstrom and brand-consultant trainings. They also collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and performing light cleaning. The position may require occasional flexibility to support other departments.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms, measure customers, and provide fit and style guidance.

Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
