About The Position
VIVAIA is a global footwear brand serving customers across more than 61 countries and regions through a direct-to-consumer model. It designs shoes with recycled and sustainably produced materials and aims to create thoughtful retail experiences that reflect innovation and care for customers and the planet. The Seasonal Brand Advisor supports the Prince Street, SoHo location by delivering an elevated in-store experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role brings the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, product knowledge, and a well-maintained store environment. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last approximately 60 days, subject to business needs.
Requirements
- One or more years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, collaborative, and results-driven, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Build genuine customer connections and provide personalized product recommendations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store goals.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, minimizing wait times and supporting a seamless checkout experience.
- Support store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
