About The Position

ANINE BING is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor, referred to in-store as a Stylist, for its flagship store in SoHo. The Stylist is an ambassador for the brand, working with the store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and personalized one-to-one service, both in person and digitally. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cultivating customer relationships, developing fashion and product knowledge, and working with a growing team to meet and exceed sales goals. The target compensation is $18–$23 per hour, with eligibility for a commission structure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Experience in personal styling and a goal-driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Ability to bring positive, engaging energy to the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including extended standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and ladder climbing; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in store and digitally, on customers’ terms.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Build fashion and product knowledge to develop styling expertise.
• Build lasting customer relationships and drive sales through personal client outreach.
• Sell in store and virtually using technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized store presentation.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
• Share feedback and insights about clientele and products.
