About The Position
VIVAIA is seeking a customer-focused, motivated Seasonal Brand Advisor to support its Roosevelt Field store. The role helps deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales, and support daily store operations with strong attention to detail. The Brand Advisor brings the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, product knowledge, and a well-maintained store environment. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last approximately 60 days, subject to business needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, collaborative, and results-driven, with a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store goals.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and supporting a seamless checkout experience.
- Support overall store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
