About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods. You will help deliver a welcoming client experience, maintain a stocked and visually ready store, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is non-guaranteed hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. Candidates must be available for scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Requirements

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and complete job tasks efficiently.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
