About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, assist them with product styles, features, and benefits, and support families through the many moments of their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment that values and optimizes employees’ skills and talents.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and balance the needs of multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
