About The Position

The Seasonal Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and applying the company’s customer experience principles. The role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe store, and follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards. Associates may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position is seasonal and located at the Marshalls store at 1 Commerce Way, Unit 3, Plymouth, Massachusetts. The starting pay range is $16.25–$16.75 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and provide correct change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Follow the company merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
