About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you are the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You welcome customers, support them as they shop for baby essentials and children’s clothing, and help with the many milestones in their parenting journey. You work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment and contribute to positive customer experiences through product guidance, issue resolution, and store operations.

Carter’s is a North American apparel retailer for babies and young children, encompassing Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, SkipHop, and Little Planet. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel customer needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
