Seasonal Associate
About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods to provide an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment, maintain a stocked and visually ready store, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team. The position offers variable, non-guaranteed hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. Associates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and are expected to be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts. The scheduling period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The role is based at Sephora's Hyde Park Village store in Tampa, Florida.
