About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Seasonal Associate for its BOSS Ontario Mills store. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate serves customers, drives personal sales through relationship selling, follows store procedures and policies, and supports health and safety practices and compliance with local regulations and HUGO BOSS standards. The position also contributes to community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
