About The Position
Liveops is seeking a dedicated individual to support its independent agent community and contribute to agents’ business success. The role provides first-line support to agents and requires a self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills. This is temporary seasonal work from November 30, 2026, through April 23, 2027. The employee must provide their own computer.
Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lead and/or participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment and participate on camera when needed.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must provide their own computer.
