About The Position

Seasonal Guest Advocates focus on guest experience by welcoming and thanking guests and exceeding service expectations through guest interaction and recovery. The role may also involve stocking, setting, and selling Target products, supporting store workload and sales goals, and helping maintain an efficient, guest-first store environment. Team members receive training in guest service fundamentals and retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
