About The Position

Seasonal Guest Advocates focus on guest experience by welcoming and thanking guests, exceeding service expectations, and addressing guest interactions and recovery. The role contributes to Target’s guest-first culture and can provide experience with guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily and weekly work to support business priorities and sales goals. Team members work efficiently and collaboratively in a busy retail environment. The role involves guest service, cash register operations, and supporting store activities. Training is provided. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance are necessary. The starting hourly rate is $17.50, with a pay range of $17.50–$26.25 per hour.
