This is an administrative position responsible for answering and resolving community inquiries by phone and in person. The role involves processing new business orders, communicating and supporting other areas of Outdoor Lighting, processing contract changes, analyzing and correcting customer bills generated by the computer, and working on specialized projects. The position requires maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding Outdoor Lighting programs, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching and scheduling of jobs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SAP, and GIS.
