About The Position

Primoris Gas Operations, with over 60 years of experience in the natural gas distribution industry, is seeking Field Professionals for both UNION and Non-UNION construction opportunities. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• A Class A CDL is highly preferred, with endorsements.
• Previous construction experience in natural gas distribution/pipeline, electric, transmission, telecommunications, water, sewer, landscaping, concrete/asphalt, or agricultural.
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold temperatures.
• Must possess the physical dexterity to be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS and safely perform other physical work.
• Able to travel on short-term basis.
• Must participate in federally compliant PHMSA or FMSCA drug and alcohol testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as backhoe, skid steer, and trencher.
• Drive CDL vehicles.
• Perform laborer duties.
• Work as a groundman.
• Fuse PE pipes.
• Weld and fit pipes.
• Perform plumbing tasks.
• Operate directional drills.
• Locate utilities.
• Perform traffic control.
• Work as a flagger.
• Perform design technician duties.
• Participate in federally compliant drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
