We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Requirements
- Valid Texas Security License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Experience in corporate, residential, or hospitality environments
- Report writing and incident documentation
- De-escalation and conflict resolution
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Monitor access control and patrol assigned areas
- Write detailed and accurate reports
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, guests, and staff
