About The Position
This is a seasonal (SEAS) Professional Position. The instructor is responsible for the safety and well-being of participants in the HYCC skating school Learn to Skate program. Instruction must be in accordance with LEARN TO SKATE USA, USFS, PSA and HYCC standards, and align with the philosophies set forth by the Town of Barnstable.
Requirements
- CPR / First Aid certified
- Membership to Learn to Skate USA as an instructor
- Membership to USFS
- Membership to PSA
- Liability Insurance Certificate
- CER Current Certificates
- Experience supervising activities
- Good positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Instruct HYCC skating school Learn to Skate program in accordance with LEARN TO SKATE USA, USFS, PSA and HYCC standards.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
- Adhere to the philosophies set forth by the Town of Barnstable.
