About The Position

As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our mission, engaging potential customers with tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of ICANotes Behavioral Health EHR. Your focus will be on building bridges through strategic outreach campaigns, showcasing solutions, cultivating relationships, managing a dynamic pipeline, and enhancing the SDR playbook.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Eager to excel within a sales organization, with a hunger for growth and development.
• Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to the demands of a virtual team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience.
• Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers.
• Leverage consultative skills to understand unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services.
• Nurture warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities through ongoing communication.
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline of interested prospects, effectively transitioning them to sales closers.
• Collaborate on refining the SDR playbook by identifying and sharing best practices.
