About The Position

Marble AI is seeking a Founding SDR for a unique commercial role in an early-stage company. This position offers more ownership, responsibility, and exposure than a traditional SDR role. The ideal candidate is a top-performing BDR/SDR looking for rapid growth within an ambitious company. This role is distinct from typical SDR positions which are often repetitive, heavily scripted, narrowly scoped, and disconnected from the broader business. The Founding SDR will collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to build and scale Marble's go-to-market strategy. The company has established pipeline sources, conference strategies, outbound infrastructure, and early customer traction. The role involves aggressive execution, market testing, providing feedback from prospects and customers, and continuous improvement of the sales playbook. This is a highly collaborative position where learning speed is crucial. The company values curiosity, observation, adaptability, and a desire to refine the go-to-market motion through customer interactions. The role is particularly opportune given the current industry shift towards AI in the accounting sector, with tax firms actively seeking solutions for increased speed, efficiency, and strategic capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Attend conferences across the U.S.
  • Work booths and actively pull prospects into conversations
  • Demo Marble live to tax professionals and firm leaders
  • Run outbound phone and email sequences
  • Prospect and manage your own pipeline
  • Conduct discovery and close deals in 1–2 conversations
  • Help refine messaging and positioning based on real market feedback
  • Work closely with leadership on what's resonating and what isn't
  • Experiment constantly and adapt quickly
