We're looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving new logo acquisition across all segments: SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, while building the systems, culture, and talent that will fuel Unify's next phase of growth. You'll manage a team of 8+ BDRs, own the new business pipeline number, and work cross-functionally with sales, and Growth Marketing to build a repeatable, scalable outbound motion. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to get the best out of a team without losing sight of the details.
