The Scrum Master will lead Agile ceremonies, develop workflows and governance materials, configure Jira and Confluence resources, coordinate priorities and dependencies, support data governance and requirements work, and facilitate stakeholder councils and meetings. They will also produce executive briefings and governance documentation while promoting Agile adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement. JPI describes its culture as mission-driven and grounded in teamwork, integrity, and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. Expected compensation is $80,000–$120,000, including a benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Final compensation depends on various factors and is reviewed for internal and external equity.
