About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you will support a development team modernizing critical systems, coach the team toward high performance, and help ensure successful progress of the Scrum project. You will apply Agile best practices, address challenges early, and ensure Scrum principles and approaches are correctly understood by the team and key stakeholders. The role also involves strengthening operational excellence and driving critical capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
• Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Knowledge of the DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of the project management framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact successfully with clients, engineers, and managers.
