About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-profile enterprise initiative within a regulated financial services environment. Designing and implementing product‑oriented operating framework, including maturation of enterprise portfolio and delivery processes. The ideal candidate has strong Agile delivery expertise, experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, and a proven ability to facilitate teams, manage risks, and drive execution across complex programs.

Requirements

5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
Financial services, banking, lending, payments, or credit card industry experience.
SAFe Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and metrics.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and program-level coordination activities.
Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support program-level planning and backlog refinement activities.
Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines within a scaled Agile framework.
Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
Monitor delivery progress and maintain project visibility through Azure DevOps (ADO).
Remove obstacles and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program goals.
