The Facilitator will welcome, assist, and engage individual and group new hires throughout orientation week. They will provide information, explanations, directions, and guides about Lennar while upholding our TDH standards. The person is expected to greet and mingle with future associates throughout their entire first week onboard. A career with purpose. A career built on making dreams come true. Requirements

  • Experience facilitating large in-person training, specifically in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to facilitate a full training cycle.
  • Strong professional presence (communication both written and spoken).
  • Strong ability to engage well with associates and leaders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models, and properties.
  • Knowledge to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Finger dexterity is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable being on foot for the majority of the day.
  • Positivity and enthusiasm are a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Psychology, HR, Education, Business) strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual skills (English / Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a positive experience for new employees during their onboarding process by providing support and guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Leading both in-person and virtual orientation sessions for new associates to introduce them to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing training on specific tools or software that new employees will need to use.
  • Providing exceptional service and going above and beyond to ensure new hires are fully satisfied with their onboarding experience.
  • Conducting an outdoor community tour providing a high-level walkthrough of our business cycle.
  • Partnering with the onboarding coordinator to handle all logistical details prior to associate arrival.
  • Having a full understanding of associate onboarding training tools.
  • Serving as the point of contact for post-orientation questions.
  • Understanding adult learning principles and learning styles.
  • Being fully versed on Lennar culture and values to educate each new hire on the company.
  • Developing and facilitating trainings as centralized training capabilities are established.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
