About the Role The Facilitator will provide first-level supervision within a manufacturing unit and support smooth, continuous, cost-effective, and controlled manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for helping meet production commitments, maximizing quality and output, supporting employee safety, and delivering products that serve patients and healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations leader to guide production teams, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • A University/Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment is required.
  • Ability to manage production personnel and support achievement of production targets while maintaining cost controls.
  • Experience monitoring work operations, employee performance, production flow, safety, quality, and output.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong statistical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under general supervision to meet operational objectives.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours, overtime, off-shift hours, and some holidays as required by business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supervising production operations and supporting production goals.
  • Experience with ERP, Excel, and other computer systems.
  • Understanding of EPS principles and rules.
  • Experience supporting process, system, or equipment improvements to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Experience administering equipment maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level supervision within a manufacturing unit and ensure production commitments are met in accordance with established policies and methods.
  • Assign duties, provide direction, and actively support team members as needed to meet operational objectives.
  • Monitor work operations, employee performance, production flow, safety, quality, and output.
  • Establish personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.
  • Supervise production operations to meet production goals while maintaining cost controls and supporting business financial results.
  • Identify potential manufacturing issues and provide input related to production flow and operational budgets.
  • Study opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and equipment in partnership with related departments to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Administer equipment maintenance and repair activities, maintain records, and notify management of recurring issues that may require equipment replacement.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including applicable quality management system, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies.
