The advertised starting wage is $16.10 to $18.60 per hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $22.50 per hour. Employees help create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional scratch baking experience.
- Open availability.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Read recipes and use math skills to assemble ingredients for scratch preparations.
- Bake baked products and make frostings and custards.
- Communicate professionally and courteously to maintain positive relations with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Create and maintain store records.
- Perform general cleaning.
