About The Position

The Scientist, Integration and Test Engineer leads, plans, and executes integration and test operations across a portfolio of Airborne Imaging EO/IR programs. The role provides operations leadership, technical oversight, and strategic coordination to support successful integration, verification, and validation of complex military imaging products. It requires an electrical engineering foundation and a software development background. The position manages a team of engineers and partners with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to deliver mission hardware on schedule. Responsibilities include analyzing Units Under Test (UUTs), developing test strategies and cases, implementing fault detection and isolation testing, developing test-set software, and supporting the design of Interface Test Adapters (ITAs). The position is based onsite in Rochester, New York and follows a 9/80 schedule: employees work 9 out of every 14 days for a total of 80 hours, with every other Friday off.
