Scientific Education Manager (US & Canada) (Solventum)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Proficiency in virtual education
- Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant
- Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
- Experience with implementation adult learning programs
- Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
- Proficiency and experience in project management
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
- Discuss clinical evidence and review podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
- Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities
- Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
- Maintain all contracting, reporting, and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties
