Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree from an accredited university
  • Skills include proficiency in virtual education and public speaking
  • Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant
  • Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
  • Experience with implementation adult learning programs
  • Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
  • Proficiency and experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
  • Discussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
  • Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities.
  • Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
  • Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
