Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree from an accredited university
Skills include proficiency in virtual education and public speaking
Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant
Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
Experience with implementation adult learning programs
Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
Proficiency and experience in project management

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
Discussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities
Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
