School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
About The Position
Sage Connections is hiring a full-time, W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite K–12 school-based services in Warwick, Rhode Island, for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, for 30 hours per week. The role is listed as starting ASAP and continuing through May 2027. The position provides speech and language therapy and evaluation services in a school setting, with collaboration among students’ families, teachers, and school staff. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- DOE certification or state DOH licensure.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome, and supervision is available.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
