About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring School Psychologists throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving various school settings including Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, PK–12 Programs, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, and Inclusive Education Settings. Rather than placing candidates into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match School Psychologists with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, geographic preferences, and professional interests. Whether you enjoy early childhood assessment, elementary consultation, secondary-level services, behavioral support, or multidisciplinary team collaboration, we'll help identify opportunities that fit your goals. Boothby offers a different experience than traditional school settings, aiming to provide more support, manageable workloads, and a solution to burnout, excessive caseloads, or professional isolation.
