About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring School Psychologists throughout New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving various age groups and program types, including Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, PK–12 Programs, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, and Inclusive Education Settings. Boothby takes a personalized approach, matching School Psychologists with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, geographic preferences, and professional interests. The organization aims to provide more support than traditional school roles, offering a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, collaborative teams, thoughtful placement matching, professional autonomy, and access to resources. This structure is designed to support manageable workloads and clinician well-being, offering an alternative to burnout, excessive caseloads, or professional isolation often experienced in traditional school settings.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree, Specialist Degree, or Doctorate in School Psychology
  • Valid New Hampshire School Psychologist License or eligibility
  • Strong skills in assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP development
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions and supports
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based problem-solving teams
  • Provide consultation regarding behavioral interventions and classroom supports
  • Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
  • Support positive school climates and student success
