School Enrollment Coordinator – Flourish Schools in Paradise Valley and North Phoenix

About Flourish Schools
Flourish Schools is a network of small, private middle schools built around the belief that learning should be joyful, meaningful, and personal. Our campuses serve students in grades 3-8 through a project-based model where kids work on real-world challenges, develop critical thinking skills, and grow in a close-knit community of about 50 students. Our teachers know every student by name and our families are passionate advocates for what we are building.
The Role
As a School Enrollment Coordinator you will be the face of Flourish in the Paradise Valley and North Phoenix area. This is a part-time, community-facing role where you will attend local events, build relationships with prospective families, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will be out in the community starting conversations and helping families find a school their kids will love.

• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attending community events, family gatherings, and neighborhood activities in the Paradise Valley and North Phoenix area
• Building genuine relationships with prospective families and walking them through the enrollment process
• Following up with interested families via phone and email
• Keeping organized records of your outreach and family pipeline
